Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Opening a package? Record it. An unedited, uncut opening video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. Proof of purchase (invoice) is compulsory.
- Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund
- No return/refund for color variation due to display settings or desirability
- Minor defects like loose threads do not qualify for return or replacement
- Quality check is performed before dispatch — returns only accepted for damaged, wrong product, or wrong size received
- After receiving, raise any complaint within 24 hours
- Cancellations accepted within 2 hours of placing the order — contact customer care; amount will be issued as store credit
- Customized, pre-booked or personalized orders cannot be cancelled
- In case of return/exchange, no pickup facility — customer must courier to our address
- International returns: shipping and customs to be borne by the buyer
- If we are unable to deliver a prepaid order, full refund will be issued
- Approved refunds processed within 7 business days to original payment method
Shipping & Delivery
All confirmed orders, except pre-booking products, will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of payment confirmation. We use DTDC and Speed Post as our standard courier partners. DTDC usually offers faster delivery across India, and within Kerala, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days. However, in some areas, DTDC may not provide home delivery, and customers may need to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office. Speed Post provides home delivery in all locations, though delivery time may be slightly longer.
For international shipping, customers will need to pay the actual shipping charges, as rates vary by country and may change over time. Please share your WhatsApp number or contact number for international orders, as our team will contact you before dispatch.
