Shipping & Delivery

All confirmed orders, except pre-booking products, will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of payment confirmation. We use DTDC and Speed Post as our standard courier partners. DTDC usually offers faster delivery across India, and within Kerala, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days. However, in some areas, DTDC may not provide home delivery, and customers may need to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office. Speed Post provides home delivery in all locations, though delivery time may be slightly longer.

For international shipping, customers will need to pay the actual shipping charges, as rates vary by country and may change over time. Please share your WhatsApp number or contact number for international orders, as our team will contact you before dispatch.

Very poor quality, especially considering the high price. The dress looks very dull and is nothing like what I expected. I never expected such a disappointing experience from Floranza.

I honestly don’t understand how they priced this dress at ₹1,399. In my opinion, it isn’t even worth ₹500. Totally wasted my money. 🙃

I received the dress today in the lavender colour, but unfortunately, the dress looks very dull and doesn’t look fresh as expected.

I have always ordered from Floranza and have been happy with my purchases, so this is my first disappointing experience. I was expecting much better quality and appearance. Thank You
