Please note:

• After receiving the products if there are any complaints, inform us within 24 hours.

• For a return or refund, we need an opening video which must be unedited and uncutted.
  Proof of purchase – invoice is compulsory.
• Wash care information 
• Materials can color bleed so follow the instructions;
  A dry clean is preferred for the first wash.
  Wash separately in cold water.
  Use a color guard.
• Quality check was performed for each product at our end before it was packed and dispatched, no return/exchange is allowed except in case the customer receives a damaged/wrong product/wrong size (which is not the size you ordered).

• There will be no return and refund for color variation ie, due to desirability factors or brightness and size issues.
• Minor manufacturing defects like threads may come out but shall not make the product eligible for return or replacement.
• We accept cancellations made within 2 hours of placing the order, please reach out to our customer care service for cancellation and will use the amount as store credit for the next purchase.
• Cancellation requests for customized pre-booked or personalized orders are not possible under any circumstances. We do not encourage returns or refunds for any of our products as we take utmost care in ensuring high-quality standards for all our products. Please note that the received product must be unused and unwashed.
• If the order is pre-paid and if for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount.
• In case of return/exchange, we don't have a return pick-up facility hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address with the same courier service.
• Returns on international shipments are to be paid by the buyer and the customs for returns also will have to be borne by the buyer.
• The refund will start processing only after we have received and inspected your return/cancellation. Refunds only be based on the return policy provided. We will inform you about the refund after approval. If approved you will be automatically refunded within 7 business days on your original payment method. Processing time may be varied according to your bank/credit card company
